What is Included:
A professional, experienced crew of 2-5 people is reserved and scheduled to change your liner.
We will drain the final 2 inches from the pool.
We will remove the old liner and cut it into smaller, more manageable pieces you need to dispose of.
We will redo the floor of the pool. We will remove roots, fill in divots and add sand as needed. If your pool is off level or if the bottom of your pool is out of level, we do not attempt to fix that. We will add sand to create a smooth, consistent surface under your liner.
We will professionally install the new liner you supply.
We will begin to fill the pool, remove as many wrinkles as possible and cut in/ install your skimmer to the pool. In most cases, we use a shop vac to remove the wrinkles and try to remove them all, but creases and small wrinkles can still be present depending on how the liner is seamed together. For this reason, we do not guarantee a wrinkle-free bottom.
We supply all the materials needed besides a NEW LINER. (Sand, tools, and equipment)
What is NOT included:
A site inspection before installation of the new liner. We do provide this as a service if needed. We highly recommend having a site estimate done if you have any concerns over anything that may prevent us from doing the liner change on the scheduled day. Examples are but are not limited to: Rusting of walls, Decks built in a way that they may interfere with the pool being taken apart, or the wall of your pool partly collapsing.
We do not sell or provide liners.
We do not hook up preexisting/old pump and filter systems and are not re- responsible for leaks.
We do not dispose of old liners or clean up leaves/anything else that may be inside the old liner when we remove it.
We do not repair damaged walls or pool parts without more charges.
Us dealing with a pool that has not been maintained, the water is filthy, and/or there are leaves and other decaying material inside the pool. We do not expect every pool to be pristine, and we will be reasonable. Still, if your pool has been woefully neglected, we recommend you clean it before we come, or there would be more charges, roughly $200, to deal with the increased difficulty of the job.
What To Expect:
Liner change dates can change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, so we do not recommend taking time off work that cannot be easily rescheduled on short notice. We will give notice of any changes as soon as we realize there is an issue.
We will be in contact roughly one week prior to the liner change scheduled date to get you to start or plan when to start draining your pool down to 2 inches or less level. If your pool is not properly drained before we arrive, it may result in a rescheduling fee.
An average Job Takes 3-5 hours, depending on the pool size.
A 2–5-person crew and 2-3 work vehicles will be there.
A Bobcat with rubber tracks may be used to shuttle sand from a dump truck to the pool site if much sand is needed.
Your Responsibilities:
You must have your pool drained below 2 inches of water remaining in the pool by the liner change scheduled day. Not doing so will result in us not doing the job on the scheduled day and a loss of your deposit for time lost.
You are responsible for contacting us at least 24hrs in advance for cancellations. Not doing so will result in a loss of your deposit for time lost.
You are responsible for anything that stops us from doing the scheduled work besides weather that is out of the installer’s control. We highly recommend having a site estimate done if you have any concerns over anything that may prevent us from doing the work on the day that it is scheduled. Examples are but are not limited to: Rusting of walls, Decks built in a way that interferes with the pool being taken apart, or the wall of your pool partly collapsing. Not doing so could result in a loss of your deposit for time lost. NOTE*- Having a site estimate done makes your deposit fully refundable if we cannot complete the job on the scheduled day for any reason.
If there is rock/gravel against the pool wall, you are required to pull it back at least 6 inches from the pool wall before draining your pool.
*Failure to do so may result
in damage to your pool and is your responsibility. Rock/gravel can slide and push in the wall once the water is removed.
You are responsible for having the new liner on site unless previously discussed by
the day of the scheduled day.
You are responsible for the wear and tear of our equipment in your yard. The more saturated the yard, the more damage will be done typically.
You are responsible for our equipment’s path through your yard to the pool area. We have no idea what is buried in the yard and where. Anything damaged under the yard's surface yard while operating trucks or equipment is the homeowner’s responsibility, so it is up to you to tell us where to drive the equipment.
You are responsible for cleaning up debris taken out of the old liner and cutting of the pieces of the old liner.
WATER DELIVERY- (Only applies to homeowners that don't plan on using their water from a hose) We recommend you call and get quotes and choose the water hauler so you know what you are paying and they have information on your job. Please inform them this is a new installation and the expected install date. We cannot give out accurate times for the delivery of the water until the day of the installation. Please inform us of the hauler you are using when we arrive to install your pool, and we will contact the hauler and coordinate the delivery time then. If the hauler you have chosen needs a time frame, the best we can do is ballpark it the night before. If this is the case, please tell us when we call you in the evening the day before the installation, and we will give you our best estimate.
Note- If you have yet to schedule water in advance, we typically can get a water hauler to you on the day of installation on short notice if your job is local to Canton. We cannot guarantee this because it depends on the water hauler's schedule, but typically if you inform us when we arrive to install your pool, we can assist you in getting water delivered if needed.
