A site estimate is when KCE Pools will meet you at the potential jobs site, prepare you with estimated costs, answer questions, and address potential concerns.
If the site estimate is for the installation of a pool, we will shoot the grade of your yard for excavation costs, discuss the pros and cons of possible pool locations, make suggestions on the pump and filter placement and we can give you the estimated elevation of the pool in comparison to existing decks or patios. This can be helpful when considering decks and entries to the pool.
If the site estimate is for a liner change, we will verify the pool size, recommend a liner type, and inspect the job site for anything that may prevent us from changing the liner and what to do; if any of those issues are present. Examples being but are not limited to: Rusting of walls, Decks built in a way that they may interfere with the pool being taken apart, or the wall of your pool partly collapsing and having unexpected costs. This also makes your deposit fully refundable if we cannot change your liner on the scheduled day for any reason.
