Swimming Pool Bonding
For safety, all pools should be bonded, a lot of areas require it. If you have questions, you should check your local requirements. The process requires running a copper wire around the entire perimeter of the pool, bonding to necessary points of the pool, using a water bond, and bonding to the pump.
Note- This must take place before a pool is backfilled.
Included- All the materials required to ground and bond your pool.
Not Included- We are not electricians; we cannot run electric or gas lines. You still need a professional to do this for you.

Swimming PoolGRADING OR MOVING OF EXCAVATION PILE
During your pool installation, the dirt being excavated can be piled in any direction of the pool site up to 25 feet away. This is the same for EVERY job to make sure jobs are done in the allotted time and to help us maintain a schedule. We do offer a service where we can return later and move the remains of an excavation pile to another more preferred location on your property or grade out the pile.
GRADING Policy- The first 6 inches of grading is free/included. After that, a rate of $35/per inch will be charged. That is a payment made to us by cash or check on the day of installation.
SINKING Policy- No sinking is free/included; its rate is $70/per inch. If you are replacing a pool and need us to sink the new pool to match up with a preexisting deck, there will be some sinking charges.
Note- These are payments made to us by cash or check on the day of install.
Note- The distance/path from the pile to where it is being moved to/graded out can get damaged, sometimes severely, and we are not responsible for any damage or any needed repairs.
Above-ground Pool Backfilling
To install an above-ground pool, excavate an area more significant than the pool’s frame. Typically, we need to excavate 1 to 3 feet beyond where the pool’s framework will sit. The area between the pool frame and the area excavated must be filled in after the pool is full. Most of the time, the entire area is filled back to grade, but a minimum of 6 inches must be filled to protect the pool from losing sand over time due to water getting underneath the pool’s frame. This is the homeowner’s responsibility, but we offer this as a service.
Note- Your pool must be filled and grounded before us or anyone backfilling the pool.
Included – We will come back out and fill in the gaps between the pool and the excavated hole based on how you would like it done. We will get as close to being ready for landscaping as possible. We will use the dirt removed from the area during the excavation.
Not Included – We only bring in new material(dirt) if necessary, and then there would be material and delivery costs. We do not move any dirt that may be left from the excavation that wasn’t needed to complete the backfilling. If you’d like us to grade out or move the excavation pile to a new location on the property, please see our GRADING OR MOVING EXCAVATION PILE offered service section for details. We do not fix damage to the yard made during the installation or backfilling process.
